Accessibility

We want every buyer to be able to use this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

• Text and controls meet WCAG contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
• Every link and button is at least 24 pixels tall, so it can be tapped reliably.
• The page works from 320 pixels wide upwards without horizontal scrolling.
• The site can be used with a keyboard alone, and a “Skip to content” link is the first thing it reaches.
• Animated figures stay still if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Every form field has a visible label and errors are announced to screen readers.

How we tested

Last tested on 10 October 2026: automated checks with axe on every page, keyboard-only use, and layout checks on thirteen screen sizes from 280 pixels wide (a folded phone) to a 12.9-inch tablet, in portrait and landscape. That width range also covers page zoom up to 400% on a laptop screen.

Known limitations

• The site has not yet been tested in a full session with a screen reader user. We plan to do this before launch.
• The laboratory report is published as page images and a scanned PDF with no text layer, so a screen reader cannot read it. Ask us and we will send the results in an accessible format.
